- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 g powdered gelatin
- 150 ml water
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- 1 tbsp hot water
- matcha bamboo whisk
- silicone molds (or a container)

In a cup mix the matcha powder, the icing sugar and the hot water together using the bamboo whisk to avoid lumps.

In a pan add the 150 ml of water with the powder gelatin and cook until the gelatin has dissolved, then add the matcha paste and mix for one minute.

Remove from the heat and pour into the molds or the container and set apart to cool down, then place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
