Un po’ di tempo fa avevo condiviso con voi la ricetta per un’acqua spray alla camelia fai da te, questa volta ho pensato ad un trattamento spray per capelli specifico per l’Estate. Un siero che potete realizzare a casa in pochi minuti e con ingredienti che sicuramente avete già! Niente male, eh? Scoprite come realizzare questo trattamento spray per capelli all’olio di cocco fai da te da vaporizzare ogni volta che ne sentiate il bisogno!

You need // vi occorre:
- 2 tbsp coconut oil // 2 cucchiai di olio di cocco
- 4 drops of essential oil // 4 gocce di olio essenziale
- 1 cup of distilled water // 1 bicchiere di acqua distillata
- spray bottle // bottiglietta spray
How to // come procedere:

Melt the coconut oil in a bain-marie so that it won’t burn or stick to the pot. Then let it cool down and pour into the bottle.

Sciogliete l’olio di cocco a bagno maria così che non si bruci e non si attacchi al pentolino. Lasciatelo poi raffreddare e versatelo nella bottiglietta.

Add the essential oil you like the most (lavender, vanilla, …) and the cup of distilled water.

Aggiungete l’olio essenziale che preferite (lavanda, vaniglia, …) ed il bicchiere d’acqua distillata.

Voilà! Shake well before each use, to mix the ingredients (separation is normal). Spritz onto damp or dry hair or anytime you want to! Please note that we didn’t add preservatives, so keep the product in the fridge and use within one week 😉

Voilà! Agitate bene prima di ogni utilizzo, per mescolare gli ingredienti (essendo un prodotto bifasico è normale che olio e acqua rimangano separati). Vaporizzate sui capelli umidi o asciutti o ogni volta che volete un po’ di freschezza e morbidezza! Notate che, non avendo aggiunto conservanti, il prodotto andrà tenuto in frigorifero ed usato entro una settimana 😉
