Make this DIY cotton snow wreath and prepare your home for Christmas!
Only few days left guys! This is the moment for the last retouches and details, like a beautiful Winter wreath to hang out of the door or in the livingroom. This handmade one is so cute and easy to make that is the perfect last minute (or second) idea!

Realizzate questa bella ghirlanda con neve di cotone e preparate la casa per Natale!
Mancano davvero pochi giorni, ragazzi! Questo è il momento per gli ultimi ritocchi e dettagli, come per una bella ghirlanda da appendere fuori dalla porta o in salotto. Questa è realizzata a mano con neve di cotone ed è talmente semplice fa fare che è la perfetta idea di decor da ultimo minuto (o secondo)!
The last time I shared a traditional DIY wreath with fresh twigs and ornaments, but this year, after the DIY Winter snow scene jar and the DIY Winter paper house, the fairy feeling didn’t leave me, so I added a new piece to my Christmas scene miniature collection 😀 This project is almost inexpensive and will take about 5 minutes to get done. Win win!

La scorsa volta avevo realizzato una ghirlanda fai da te tradizionale, con rami freschi e palline, quest’anno però, dopo il barattolo fai da te con scena natalizia e la casetta in carta fai da te, la voglia di fiaba non mi ha abbandonato ed ecco un nuovo pezzo da aggiungere alla collezione “miniature di Natale” 😀 Questa idea è facilissima da realizzare, praticamente a costo zero e vi ruberà 5 minuti in tutto. Ottimo, vero?

You need // vi occorre:
- straw wreath // ghirlanda in paglia
- cotton snow or simply cotton // neve di cotone o semplice cotone
- miniature trees // alberelli
- ribbon // nastro
- stapler // pinzatrice
How to // come procedere:
1)
Lay down the wreath on a piece of cotton snow leaving a few centimeters from the wreath. Gently rip the cotton where the hole is and wrap it around the wreath to the back. // Posate la ghirlanda su un pezzo di neve di cotone che sia abbondante di qualche centimetro rispetto alla ghirlanda. Poi delicatamente rompete il cotone in prossimità del buco e avvolgetelo intorno alla ghirlanda, verso il retro, tirando ma senza strapparlo.
2)
Pinch together the extremities of the cotton along the wreath and use the stapler to fix it on the back of the wreath. // Unite le estremità del cotone lungo la ghirlanda e pinzatele insieme per fissarlo sul retro della stessa.
3)
Add the ribbon on the top then glue the trees (you can also add little houses, animals and anything you like). // Aggiungete il nastro in cima poi incollate gli alberelli (potete anche aggiungere casette, animali e qualunque cosa vi piaccia).
Voilà! The wreath is ready. I like the fact that it is a bit different from the common Christmas wreaths we see around and it is fun to make, a craft that you can easily try with your kids! Voilà! La ghirlanda è pronta. Mi piace il fatto che sia diversa da quelle che solitamente si vedono in giro ed è così divertente e facile da realizzare che potete tranquillamente provarla con i vostri bambini!
