September is officially over!
The weather is getting colder here but I couldn’t wait for Fall, for cozy outfits and nature’s beautiful colors. Okay, I still don’t like the fact that it’s dark at 4 pm, but we can’t have everything, right?

Settembre è ufficialmente finito!
Sta iniziando a fare più freddo qui, tuttavia non vedevo l’ora dell’Autunno, di abiti caldi e dei colori meravigliosi della natura. Okay, continua a non piacermi il fatto che alle quattro dl pomeriggio sembri notte, però non possiamo avere proprio tutto, giusto?
I love Fall outfits and I love thinking about new ones. This is why I decided to make this Chloé Faye inspired bag, to match my new a-m-a-z-i-n-g skirt from Rosegal. Definitely a less expensive version of the famous bag, so easy to make but with a super wow effect!

Adoro gli outfit autunnali e adoro crearne di nuovi. Ecco perché ho deciso di realizzare questa borsa, ispirata alla Faye di Chloé, da poter abbinare alla mia nuova s-t-u-p-e-n-d-e-r-r-i-m-a gonna di Rosegal. Decisamente una versione meno costosa della famosa borsa, facilissima da realizzare ma con un effetto finale davvero sorprendente!

YOU NEED // VI OCCORRE:
- A bag (I opted for handbag, but choose the one you prefer). // Una borsa (io optato per una busta, ma scegliete il tipo che vi piace di più).
- Metallic circle, chain (with clasp) and hook. // Cerchio metallico, catena (con moschettone) e gancio.
- Needle and thread. // Ago e filo.
HOW TO // COME PROCEDERE:
1)
Make a hole (with a nail or a multihole punch) on one side of the bag. // Fate un buco su un lato della borsa, usando un chiodo o una pinza fustellatrice.
2)
Add the chain and insert the hook to the other extremity. // Aggiungete la catena ed inserite il gancio all’altra estremità.
3)
Now sew the circle to the inside of the bag, near to the button (or the hem). // Ora cucite il cerchio sul lato interno della borsa, vicino al bottone (o alla chiusura).
4)
Close it with the hook and voilà! Your new bag is ready! // Chiudete con il gancio e voilà! La vostra nuova borsa è pronta!
I personally love the result, I gave this old bag (it was my grandma’s and she would to throw it away) a modern and totally cool look! I’m thinking about making a shoulder bag as well 🙂
It’s simply perfect with my new Rosegal clothes and accessories, it’s like they were made for each other!
