5 minutes + 1h30′ in freezer. // 5 minuti più 1h30′ in freezer.
Difficulty // Difficoltà:
The easiest ever. // La più facile di sempre.
Ingredients // Ingredienti:
- Light yogurt 200 g (10 oz). // 300 g di yogurt light.
- Red fruit. // Frutti rossi.
- Popsicles molds. // Stampi epr gelati con bastoncino.
- A spoon. // Un cucchiaio.
How to // Come procedere:
You just need to fill the molds with yogurt and red fruits using the spoon then put them in your freezer for about one hour and half. What comes next is all fun (and yum)! // Dovete solo riempire gli stampi con yogurt e frutti rossi usando il cucchiaio e metterli in freezer per circa un’ora e mezza. Ciò che viene dopo è tutto divertimento (e gnam)!
