Gifts can become a real problem when time is not enough to wander from shop to shop or to choose between millions of items on Amazon. Aaand, when it comes to gifts for men the situation can turn into a drama. I don’t know for you, but for me choosing something for a man is not as easy as for a woman. I mean…we girls like almost everything! And, if in doubt, clothing will always work. But for them…that’s an other story.
This is why I made these 5 last minute DIYs: something handmade will always be appreciated. Oh, and this list is bf approved, so…okay!

I regali possono diventare un problema se non si ha tempo di vagare per negozi o di cercare qualcosa tra i milioni di articoli su Amazon. Eee, quando si tratta di regali per maschi la situazione può diventare drammatica. Non so voi, ma io trovo molto più difficile scegliere qualcosa per un uomo che per una donna. Dai…a noi ragazze piace un po’ tutto e, nel dubbio, l’abbigliamento funzionerà sempre. Ma per loro…è tutta un’altra storia.
Ecco perché ho realizzato 5 fai da te last minute: qualcosa fatto a mano sarà sempre apprezzato. Ah, e la lista è approvata dal mio ragazzo, quindi…okay!

DIY KEY RING // PORTACHIAVI FAI DA TE
An evergreen that’s always useful and super customizable. // Un evergreen sempre utile e soprattutto personalizzabile.
You need // Vi occorre:
- Neoprene.
- Snap-hook. // Moscehttone.
- Rivets. // Rivetti.
- Multihole punch and scissors. // Pinza fustellatrice e forbici.
How to // Come procedere:
You can follow this tutorial for a key ring I made months ago, but feel free to change measures and shape as you prefer 🙂 // Potete seguire questo tutorial che ho pubblicato mesi fa, ma sentitevi libere di cambiare misure e forme a vostro piacimento 🙂

DIY WIRE + WOOD PHOTOS HOLDER // PORTAFOTO IN LEGNO E METALLO FAI DA TE
A cute and very, very easy DIY with a big wow factor. // Un’idea carina e molto semplice, ma con un gran fattore wow.
You need // Vi occorre:
- A piece of wood, mine is 5 cm (1,9 in) x 20 (7,8 in). // Un pezzo di legno, il mio è 5 x 20 cm.
- 3 (or more) pieces of wire, each long about 10 cm (3,8 in). // 3 (o più) pezzi di filo metallico, ognuno di circa 10 cm.
- Glue. // Colla.
How to // Come procedere:
Just wrap the wire making a spiral to each extremity, then glue one extremity to the wood and you’re done! // Semplicemente lavorate il filo creando una spirale ad ogni estremità, poi incollatene una al legno ed avete fatto!

DIY SUPER MARIO COASTERS // SOTTOBICCHIERI SUPER MARIO FAI DA TE
Okay, find a guy who doesn’t love Super Mario! // Okay, trovatemi un ragazzo a cui non piaccia Super Mario!
You need // Vi occorre:
- Super Mario prints (as big enough as your glasses bottom). // Stampe
di Super Mario (grandi abbastanza quanto il fondo dei vostri bicchieri). - Cardboard. // Cartoncino.
- Scissors and glue. // Forbici e colla.
How to // Come procedere:
You’ll only have to cut the prints, use them as a sample to cut the coardboard, then glue them to the cardboard. Cheers! // Dovrete solo ritagliare le stampe, usarle come campione per ritagliare il cartoncino, poi incollarle al cartone. Salute!

For those guys who can’t start the day without coffee (and for you too!). // Per quei ragazzi che non sanno iniziare una giornata senza il loro caffè (e anche per te!).
You need // Vi occorre:
- Mug(s). // Tazza(/e).
- Indelible markers. // Pennarelli indelebili.
How to // Come procedere:
Follow the tutorial here: you can totally customize this gift depending on if he is your bf (like the ones I did), or a friend/brother/dad/etc…You just need to find the perfect quote! // Seguite il tutorial qui: potete personalizzare completamente la tazza, in base che sia per il vostro ragazzo (come queste che ho fatto io), o un amico/fratello/papà/ecc… Dovete semplicemente scegliere la frase che preferite!

DIY STRESSFUL DAY EMERGENCY BOX // GIORNATA NO: SCATOLA DI EMERGENZA FAI DA TE
This is probably the easiest DIY evah: take a big box and fill it up with everything he likes. Think about what he would have after a bad day and put it in the box. No ideas? For a bf go for a massage oil, a little bottle of wine and two glasses, a table game, a cd, sweets and his favourite Xbox game. Okay, you’ll probably end drinking all the wine alone while having him playing all night, but hey, it’s an emergency kit for him, so at least you’ll know it will have worked. // Questo è probabilmente il fai da te più facile di sempre: prendete una grande scatola e riempitela con tutto ciò che gli piace. Pensate cosa vorrebbe dopo una giornata no e mettetelo/a nella scatola. Niente idee? Per un fidanzato optate per olio per massaggi, una bottiglietta di vino e due bicchieri, un gioco da tavola, un cd, dolci ed il suo gioco preferito dell’Xbox. Okay, probabilmente finirete a bervi tutto il vino da sole con lui intento a giocare tutta la notte ma, ehi, questo è un kit di emergenza per lui, quindi al più saprete che avrà funzionato.
